Welcome to ReviewMonk! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReviewMonk platform and services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
ReviewMonk is an AI-powered code review tool designed to facilitate comprehensive code reviews. The Service allows users to connect their GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab repositories, invite team members, and submit code blocks for review. Code reviews are conducted using advanced AI engines to provide feedback on coding standards, code quality, bugs, and security considerations.
2. User Interactions and Responsibilities
- User Conduct: Any individual above the age of 17 may create an account on ReviewMonk. A 3-day trial period is provided upon registration. Users are prohibited from engaging in harassment, abuse, or insults within the platform.
- Content Guidelines: Only the owner of a GitHub/Bitbucket/GitLab repository may sync it with ReviewMonk. All user data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. User sessions expire after 14 days.
- Privacy and Data Security: New device logins require OTP verification sent to the registered email address. Subscription management is the sole responsibility of the workspace owner. ReviewMonk does not store or retain customer source code beyond the reviewed code blocks. Communication over the network is secured by SSL/TLS with measures in place to prevent DOS and MITM attacks. Account-related activities are notified to users via email.
- Third-Party Services: In using the ReviewMonk service, you acknowledge and agree that certain functionalities of the Service utilize third-party services, including but not limited to Gemini and GPT engines. By accessing or using these functionalities, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these third-party services. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the terms and conditions of such third-party services.
- Reporting and Enforcement: Users may continue to use ReviewMonk during the remaining days of a canceled subscription. Refunds are at the discretion of the ReviewMonk team.
3. Policies and Guidelines
Subscription payments are made monthly in INR via the Razorpay payment gateway. Upon cancellation of a subscription, the active subscription remains in effect until its monthly expiry date. Users must adhere to an acceptable use policy and privacy policy.
4. Jurisdiction
ReviewMonk is hosted on AWS servers located in the Mumbai, India region, but accessible globally. Users agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be governed by the laws of India.
